Fit Guarantee

Made to fit, or we make it right.

What it covers

If a Mesabe part doesn't fit the vehicle you told us it was for, when installed as described in our instructions, we'll remake it or give you a refund for that part. You choose which, where both are possible.

How to make a claim

  • Contact us within [30] days of delivery at [support email].
  • Send your order number, your vehicle (make, model, year, bed or cab size), and photos showing the fit issue.
  • We may ask you to return the part. If we do, we cover return shipping [TBD].

What it doesn't cover

  • Parts ordered for a different vehicle, year or configuration than the one they're installed on.
  • Damage from modification, misuse, accidents or installation that doesn't follow our instructions.
  • Normal wear, scratches or finish wear from use.
  • Fit problems caused by aftermarket parts already on the vehicle [to review].

Your other rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the law, including implied warranties. It doesn't limit them.
