Pre-order deposit terms

What the deposit is

A $50 USD deposit places a pre-order for the product and truck configuration you choose (2021+ Ford F-150 or 2024+ Toyota Tacoma, with cab and bed). It reserves a spot in the first production batch and locks in the launch price for that product.

Price and balance

The launch price is [PRICE — to be announced before production]. We charge the balance (launch price minus your $50 deposit, plus shipping and tax [TBD]) when your batch is ready to ship. We'll email you before we charge it. [Payment method on file / payment link — to confirm.]

Shipping time

Ships in 4–6 weeks from your deposit. If we can't ship in that time, we'll tell you before the window ends, give you a new date, and offer you a full refund of your deposit. If you don't agree to the new date, we'll refund you.

Refunds

• Your deposit is refundable any time before production of your batch starts. Email [support email] with your order email.
• We refund to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
• Once production of your part starts, [deposit treatment to be decided — e.g. refundable minus material cost / non-refundable]. We'll email you before production starts.
• If we cancel the pre-order for any reason, we refund your deposit in full.

Fit

Parts are covered by the Fit Guarantee (draft): made to fit, or we make it right.

Payments

Your rights

These terms don't limit any rights you have under law, including the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
